New CD "BACHArkaden" is out now
We are very happy to announce that our new CD "BACHArkaden" is out now! After more than two years of planning we and our friends of the Lautten Compagney want to invite you to stroll with us beneath the arches of music history which rise above the supporting pillars of the chorales.
The chorale is one of the oldest forms of European sacred music. Since its very beginnings, it has linked the past, present and future. With the "BACHARCADES", we and the Lautten Compagney explore these connections once more: Chorales of Johann Sebastian Bach, in both traditional and new and unusual arrangements, enter into a dialog with other works ranging from the early modern period to the twentieth century.
